    DENVER, CO

    Dance Exploration, LLC in Denver, CO seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for all hiring and recruiting needs company-wide. The Talent Acquisition Manager will utilize creative networking streams to locate potential teachers, assistant teachers and substitute teachers for Dance Exploration’s growing program. Dance Exploration, LLC is a mobile in-school dance program that teaches educational dance and theatre classes to children in schools across the Southern Denver-Metro Area.

     

    JOB FUNCTIONS

    The Primary Job Functions of the Talent Acquisition Manager Include:

    • Utilizing Monthly Budget to post or boost job openings across hiring sites such as Indeed, Craigslist and Facebook
    • Posting Job Opportunities on Community Dance and Theatre sites
    • Networking and building relationships with local high schools and colleges to locate potential candidates
    • Attending Job Fairs at local colleges and high schools
    • Conducting Pre-Interview Questions and Pre-Screening Applicants
    • Scheduling Interviews with Candidate and Company Director

     

    JOB EXPECTATIONS

    • The Talent Acquisition Manager is expected to post and share job openings within monthly budget restrictions as frequently as possible to ensure a steady stream of applicants each month.
    • The Talent Acquisition Manager is expected to work with the Company Virtual Assistant to ensure that all class openings are filled and will complete all necessary avenues to fill all openings as quickly as possible.
    • The Talent Acquisition Manager will be expected to attend a minimum of 3 Job Fairs each year at local high schools or colleges.
    • The Talent Acquisition Manager is expected to locate any local high schools or colleges that have a dance team or club to build a relationship and share job openings as they come in.
    • The Talent Acquisition Manager may be expected to visit local high schools and colleges to make career presentations as needed or requested.

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • The Talent Acquisition Manager must have access to a personal computer and internet connection
    • The Talent Acquisition Manager must have a reliable form of transportation
    • The Talent Acquisition Manager must have strong verbal and written communication skills
    • The Talent Acquisition Manager must have strong people skills and enjoy talking with people
    • The Talent Acquisition Manager must be a creative problem solver
    • The Talent Acquisition Manager must have dance and theatre knowledge and have a general connection to the dance or theatre community in Denver

     

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    • The Talent Acquisition Manager is an Independent Contractor Position
      • Expected to provide a distraction free workspace from home or other location
      • Responsible for Self-Employment Tax and Business Expenses (W9/1099)
      • Does not receive employee benefits including Workman’s Comp, Unemployment Benefits, Overtime, Paid Time Off, Insurance etc
    • Part Time Position
      • The Talent Acquisition Manager should be expected to work approximately 5 to 10 hours a week
    • 90 Day Paid Training – $12/hour
    • Position is an hourly pay structure + Sign on Bonuses as follows:
      • $13.50/hour + $25 per acquisition Bonus
